The Vision of Trees for Lives is much greater than how many trees we can plant. The vision is to lift as many communities out of poverty as we can.

Trees for Lives is a humanitarian and environmental non-profit project that is creating jobs and a sustainable income source for impoverished communities in Indonesia that will lead to the establishment of clean water systems, schools, orphanages, job training centers, electricity sources, etc. to meet basic needs.

Indonesia is aptly known for its lush vegetation, plentiful rainforests and exotic wildlife. We’re working with several communities across the country to use this natural resource of amazingly fertile land to serve people in need.

Trees for Lives, has a very unique development. The Project has stemmed from many Voluntourism trips taken by youths in a Venturing Crew out of Holland, MI.
