Where We Work

Indonesia has been a victim of deforestation. While their environment is being ruined it is leaving people more desperate. We have seen that there is a direct link between poverty and the environment in rural Indonesia. “Trees for Lives” goal is to use the relationship between the environment and stability to bring hope.

Indonesia is known for their lush vegetation, plentiful rainforests, and exotic wildlife. Their ecosystem is one of the most diverse in the world. The entire world benefits from the oxygen produced there. Many of the trees and plants are used daily, to financially support villages and communities. Trees for Lives plants a variety of trees and plants in communities to help the local people.
